This recipe is SO yummy! It's one of my absolute favorites...the fact that it's super easy to make certainly doesn't hurt!!
2 chicken breasts, chopped in small cubes and cooked
¼ c. juice Lime
1 can diced pineapple
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Spread in an 8x8 pan and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Serve over cooked white rice (we make 2 c. uncooked rice to go with this meal).
