Easy Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I have been experimenting with new veggies over the past several months. I found that I LOVE asparagus, and now that I like brussels sprouts as well! Yum!

1.5 lbs. brussel sprouts
3 T. olive oil
1 t. sea salt
.5 t. ground pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place brussel sprouts, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper in a large bowl and coat. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake 30 to 45 minutes, shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning. The brussel sprouts should be dark brown, even a bit black, when done.
