2 t. avocado oil
1.5 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 lb. ground beef
1 t. seasoned salt
2 T. ketchup
4 Roma tomatoes, diced & seeded
2 c. shredded cheddar
.25 c. chopped dill pickles
Preheat oven to 350. Boil pasta according to package directions.
Heat the oil & saute onions until clear. Add garlic and stir 30 seconds .Add the ground beef and cook thoroughly. Add seasoned salt and ketchup, stirring to combine. Add tomatoes and simmer about 2 minutes.
Mix the noodles, cheese, and meat together and place in a baking dish. Bake 15 minutes and the top with chopped dill pickles.
