This soup is super thick - and best served over some noodles!
1 lb. dry great northern beans, soaked and cooked
2 c. cubed ham
3 c. chicken stock
Blend half of the beans in a blender and mix with ham, other beans, and stock. Warm through.
Cooke pasta according to directions and then fry on a skillet with some garlic salt and onion powder.
Serve the soup over the pasta.
