This is a recipe we have had and enjoyed about as long as we have been married! It's a down-home, country cooking, stick-to-your-ribs type of meal!
1 lb. ham pieces
1 lb. gluten free macaroni, cooked
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup replacement
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes, until heated through.
