Super Simple Granola

This granola recipe is easy to make and yummy when mixed into yogurt in the morning.


1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. honey
1 t. cinnamon
2 t. vanilla extract
7 c. gluten free oats

Mix brown sugar, oil, and honey and bring to a low boil. Remove from heat and add cinnamon, vanilla, and oats. Stir until well coated. Spread in a pan and bake for 10 minutes at 375. Pull out and mix the oats and return to the oven that has been turned off. Leave for 8 hours and then store in an airtight container.
