This recipe had my husband saying "no thank you" to frozen chicken nuggets or nuggets from Wendy's - you know it must be good! We enjoy them with ketchup or a honey mustard dressing made by mixing 1/3 mustard with 2/3 honey.
4 c. crushed corn chips (Fritos style - not super healthy, I know, but yummy)
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips or nuggets (whichever you prefer!)
Coat the chicken pieces in the egg followed by the chips. Place on a baking sheet and cook at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
