3 chicken breasts, halved
2-3 T. lemon juice
replacement for 2 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. white wine
grated parmesan cheese
Season the chicken with lemon juice and pepper (yummy!). Put the chicken in the crock pot and top with white wine and cream soups. Cover the whole crock pot with paremesan cheese. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Mix together, shred the chicken, and enjoy over pasta (Cole's favorite for you non-GF eaters is egg noodles).
