Stir Fry Thai Rice Noodles

7 oz. rice noodles
2 T. olive oil or coconut oil
4 oz. cut vegetables
3 T. soy sauce or alternative
Bring a pot of water to boil and remove from heat. Place noodles in the pot and let stand 8-10 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water.
Fry veggies in oil for one minute. Mix veggies, noodles, and sauce together. Stir fry until noodles are tender and all ingredients are cooked.

  1. Thanks for sharing this recipe, I really need to know on how to cook this because I already made a recipe for stir fry sauce. I hope that this will be perfect.
