Gluten Free Shortbread

This makes a yummy bread that tastes similar to pancakes with a cornbread type of texture. Especially yummy with honey butter spread over the top!
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. olive oil
1/8 c. honey
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 t. baking soda
2.5 t. baking powder
2 t. vanilla
2 c. brown rice flour
1/4 t. stevia powder
Combine all ingredients in order lister and stir. Oil a 9x13 baking sheet and pour batter in. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
