Double Decker Fudge

This was a staple at Christmas time growing up - a beloved recipe that is gluten free!
1 c. peanut butter chips
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. chocolate chips
Line and 8x8 square pan with foil. In a small bowl place peanut butter chips and 2/3 cup of sweetened condensed milk and microwave on high 1-1.5 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in 1/2 t. vanilla extract. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
In a microwave safe bowl, mix remaining milk and chocolate; repeat  directions from above and spread over the peanut butter layer. Cover, chill until firm, cut, and store in the fridge.
