Penne Sausage Bake

With a little bit of "zip" this casserole is a simple and yummy supper!
1 lb. gluten free penne
1 lb. sausage, cooked
1 green pepper, diced
1.5 c. mozzerella cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Prepare pasta and sausage and mix together. Top with a bit of onion powder and green pepper and bake for 15 minutes at 350. Add the cheeses and bake another 5 minutes.
