Alfredo Sauce

Super yummy over pasta, served up with chicken and veggies!
6 T. butter
16 oz. heavy whipping cream
salt to taste
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 c. parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
Melt butter in a suacepan. Add cream, stirring constantly. Stir in salt, nutmeg, and parmesan cheese. Stir constantly until melted and then mix in the egg yolk. Simmer over low heat approximately 4 minutes and serve.
