Gluten Free Sandwich Bread

It's not the same as white bread...gluten free bread won't be. But, here is a recipe for a gluten free sandwich bread:

2 c. brown rice flour
1/2 c. potato starch
1/2 c. tapioca starch
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 T. xanthan gum
1.3 t. salt
1 T. active dry yeast
Gluten Free Flours
Mix all dry ingredients and then add liquid ingredients:
3 eggs
1 T. honey
4 T. coconut oil
1 t. apple cider vinegar
1.25 c. milk
Lightly oil a bread plan and place the dough in the pan. Allow to rise for 45 minutes and then cook at 375 for 40 minutes. Take out and enjoy warm with butter….my FAVORITE!
