Preserving Summer Squash

Our summe squash plant has been producing like crazy – luckily it’s super easy to preserve!
Chopped Squash
Chop the summer squash into bite size pieces. Blanch in boiling water for three minutes. Drain and allow to cool. Fill a freezer bag or freezer container and freeze for use in the fall and winter.
