A Green Smoothie That Tastes Like Dessert....yes!


Peanut Butter Green Smoothie
This is absolutely DELICIOUS!!
In a blender, combine and blend well:
2 T. green food powder
1 t. flax seeds
1/4 c. no-sugar peanut butter
2 T. honey
2 c. whole milk (or a combo of milk and cream – super yummy!)
When you are finished drinking this super yummy and filling smoothie you will have gotten some good protein, calcium, fiber, and dark leafy greens. And, feel like you just ate dessert!
